International Women’s Day: The Women of Printlux (…and Mark)

Today we’re celebrating International Women's Day  and at Printlux, that feels particularly special.

Because if you walk into our unit, you’ll quickly notice something…

It’s mostly women.
And Mark.

A Modern Print Team

Print has traditionally been seen as a male-heavy industry,  machinery, installs, production floors, engineering.

But our reality looks very different.

Our design, production coordination, marketing, client management and creative direction are led by women. From the first enquiry to the final install, female leadership and detail run through the core of our business.

And yes Mark holds his own brilliantly.

Strength in Balance

What makes our team work isn’t just gender — it’s mindset.

• Creative thinking paired with technical precision
• Commercial awareness alongside brand sensitivity
• Calm problem-solving under pressure
• Attention to detail at every stage

The combination of strong women across the business, supported by solid operational leadership, has created something powerful: a print company that feels both capable and creative.

Representation in Action

We don’t talk about “women in print” as a headline, we live it daily.

Operating large-format printers.
Managing major brand projects.
Leading client strategy meetings.
Driving growth plans.

Not because it’s unusual.
But because it’s normal here.

And that’s the point.

To Our Team

To the women who bring ideas, organisation, energy and resilience into Printlux every single day — thank you.

You shape our culture.
You raise our standards.
You drive our growth.

And to Mark — thank you for championing strong women, backing big ideas, and building a business where talent leads, regardless of who’s standing at the machine.

On this International Women’s Day, we’re proud to say:

Printlux is powered by women.
And one very committed man.

Here’s to continuing to build an industry where that doesn’t feel like a statement — just the standard.
