Welcoming Summer to Printlux & Weddinglux
We’re really excited to officially welcome Summer to the team at Printlux and Weddinglux in Bridgnorth.
Summer first joined us through her T Level placement, gaining hands-on experience across marketing, creative workflows, branding within the business. During her placement, she became a brilliant part of the team, and after experiencing the day-to-day reality of working within a fast-paced creative business, she decided to continue her journey with us by starting an apprenticeship.
At The Lux Group, we’re huge believers in creating opportunities for young people looking to build careers within creative industries, branding, print and marketing. One of the most rewarding parts of growing a business is being able to support local talent and provide genuine real-world experience alongside education.
Summer joins us at an incredibly exciting time as Printlux and Weddinglux continue expanding across signage, large format print, experiential branding, weddings and retail display projects throughout the UK.

Creative business operations
T Levels are such an important pathway for helping young people gain valuable industry experience, and it’s been fantastic to see how that experience has naturally progressed into the next stage of Summer’s career through an apprenticeship with the team.
Supporting local talent across Bridgnorth and Shropshire is something that genuinely matters to us, and we’re excited to continue supporting Summer as she develops her skills and confidence within the business.
