How to order and provide artwork
- Design It For Me – Send your logo, colour palette, wording and design ideas to hello@printlux.co.uk with your order number. We will prepare the artwork and send a proof for approval.
- Design It Myself – We will provide an artwork template for your designer to complete and return.
- Personalisation notes: Enter the exact name, date and any short message in the personalisation field at checkout. Check spelling and capitalisation carefully — engraving reproduces text exactly.
Production, delivery and care All baubles are made to order in our Bridgnorth studio and undergo quality control before dispatch. Local collection is available. A fast-track 24-hour production option may be offered — select the fast-track option at checkout and message us to confirm availability. For care, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or prolonged moisture to preserve the finish, especially on the wooden option.

Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
