- When ordering, select material and diameter, then enter exact text (including punctuation and capitalisation) in the personalisation box.
Production, delivery and care Typical production lead time is 3–5 working days. Fast-track 24-hour production is available on request and depends on stock and order size. Items are dispatched by tracked courier; in-person collection is available from our Bridgnorth studio. Wipe acrylic and mirror surfaces with a soft, dry cloth to avoid scratching. Store wooden baubles in a dry place and avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colour and grain.

Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
