Turn your company logo and brand colours into a full-print acrylic Christmas bauble. Rather than a small logo on a plain decoration, your artwork becomes the main feature, with a logo-led layout, repeating logo pattern or branded background covering most or all of the visible surface, depending on the design.
Made to order in our UK studio, these full-colour decorations are ideal for client gifts, staff Christmas packs, corporate hampers and branded office trees. Each bauble includes hanging ribbon and an individual organza bag.
Specifications
- Material: 3mm acrylic.
- Sizes: 6cm or 8cm.
- Printing: Full-colour UV print applied directly onto the acrylic, not vinyl stickers.
- Design: Full-print logo artwork, repeating branding, company colours or bespoke graphics.
- Personalisation: Names, dates and short festive wording can be incorporated.
- Quantities: Sample or packs of 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 or 250.
- Production: Printed and finished to order in our UK studio.

Artwork guidance
- Vector logos such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF are preferred.
- High-resolution PNG and JPEG files are also accepted.
- Supply seamless or high-resolution artwork for repeating brand patterns.
- For photographs, send the highest-resolution original file available.
- Screenshots and social-media downloads may appear softer when printed.
- Artwork may need cropping or adjustment to positioning, scale and spacing to suit the circular design.
- Our studio reviews supplied files and contacts you if there are obvious quality concerns.
Include your brand colours, preferred layout, exact wording and any name list with your artwork. Check spelling, punctuation and capitalisation before sending your details.
How to order
- Select your 6cm or 8cm size and required pack quantity.
- Place your order.
- Email your logo or finished artwork and design instructions to hello@printlux.co.uk, quoting your order number.
- Include any wording, individual names and important deadline. For urgent orders or mixed-design batches, contact us before purchasing.
Choosing your size
The 6cm option suits smaller trees, gift boxes and higher-volume promotional orders. The 8cm option provides more room for logo patterns, photographs and detailed artwork.
Non-personalised sample
Select Sample to assess the acrylic, print quality and overall finish before ordering a larger batch. Samples use standard example artwork and are not personalised with your company logo or photography.
Production and delivery
Each personalised batch is made to order in our UK studio. For large quantities or a fixed Christmas deadline, contact us before ordering to discuss production availability. Delivery transit time is additional to production time.

What is the lead time for my order?
Our standard lead time varies depending on the product and order size. Most orders are completed within 2–4 working days from final design approval. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us to discuss express options.
What is the Fast Track option?
The Fast Track option is our expedited service designed for urgent needs. With this option, we can complete your request and dispatch it within as little as 24 hours and no longer than 4 days. It’s ideal for emergencies or time-sensitive situations.
Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
