Personalisation and branding
Add your company logo, company name, individual names, Christmas year or short seasonal wording. “Merry Christmas” can be replaced with your preferred message.
Bulk orders can use the same logo while changing the individual name on each star. Send the complete name list together, checking spelling, punctuation and capitalisation before submission.
Artwork guidance
- Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF is preferred for clear engraving.
- High-resolution PNG files are acceptable where vector artwork is unavailable.
- Simple logos, wordmarks, monograms and bold line artwork work best.
- Fine details, small text and photographic artwork may need simplification.
- Our studio reviews your artwork before production and contacts you if there are suitability concerns.
- Minor layout adjustments may be made to fit the star shape. Significant changes are discussed where required.

Mirror finish and care
Mirror acrylic has a polished, reflective surface whose appearance changes with surrounding light. The engraved areas create an etched contrast rather than printed colour.
- Use indoors for Christmas displays and keepsakes.
- Handle by the edges where possible to minimise fingerprints.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and chemicals.
- Store flat in the supplied packaging between seasons to help prevent scratches.

What is the lead time for my order?
Our standard lead time varies depending on the product and order size. Most orders are completed within 2–4 working days from final design approval. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us to discuss express options.
What is the Fast Track option?
The Fast Track option is our expedited service designed for urgent needs. With this option, we can complete your request and dispatch it within as little as 24 hours and no longer than 4 days. It’s ideal for emergencies or time-sensitive situations.
Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
