Artwork and ordering
Choose your size and quantity, then email your print-ready artwork to hello@printlux.co.uk, quoting your order number. An artwork proof is available on request after purchase.
- Preferred files: vector PDF or EPS.
- High-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi is also accepted.
- Supply artwork at actual size, with 3mm bleed for custom shapes.
- Include cut lines and safe areas where required.
- Supply Pantone references or CMYK values to guide brand colour matching.
For mixed 90mm and 100mm sizes, specify the quantities for each in your order notes. Contact Printlux before ordering custom shapes or larger campaigns to confirm feasibility and pricing. Bulk and repeat-run pricing is available.
Production and delivery
Standard production takes 3–5 working days from artwork approval. Express production from 24 hours is subject to capacity and proof approval; confirm availability before ordering.
Tracked UK delivery is available. International shipping can be arranged on request.
Care and use
Pulp board drink mats are intended for single or limited use, depending on service conditions. Avoid prolonged immersion and repeated heavy soaking. They are not a washable, permanent coaster option.

Can I print artwork across the whole coaster?
Yes. Logo-only designs and full-bleed artwork are available.
Can you make a custom shape?
Custom shapes are available on request. Run size and cutting complexity affect feasibility and pricing.
What is included?

What is the lead time for my order?
Our standard lead time varies depending on the product and order size. Most orders are completed within 2–4 working days from final design approval. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us to discuss express options.
What is the Fast Track option?
The Fast Track option is our expedited service designed for urgent needs. With this option, we can complete your request and dispatch it within as little as 24 hours and no longer than 4 days. It’s ideal for emergencies or time-sensitive situations.
Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
