Custom Printed Clear Acrylic Circle Trophies
Recognise achievement with personalised circle trophies from Printlux. The clear acrylic upright and freestanding base provide a clean presentation for your full-colour logo, award wording and recipient details, suitable for school awards, sports recognition and service milestones.
Specifications & Pack Sizes
- Shape: circular, within an A5 design area of 148 × 210mm. Final circle and base dimensions are agreed during proof approval.
- Upright: 3mm clear extruded acrylic.
- Base: 5mm heavy-duty acrylic.
- Print: full-colour, high-definition UV flatbed printing.
- Packs: 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 or 250 trophies. Minimum order: 10.
- Batch personalisation: one core design, logo and layout, with recipient names or award titles changed for each trophy.

Send us your print-ready design: no additional design-service charge.
We design it for you: £25 added to the selected pack total for one shared design. Recipient names and award titles can vary within that layout. Completely different designs are quoted separately. Ordering multiple packs multiplies the design-service charge; contact Printlux before ordering if one design will be reused across packs.

Artwork & Proof Approval
Supply vector artwork in EPS, AI, PDF or SVG format, along with the exact recipient names and award titles. Keep the core layout consistent across the batch.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
