How to Order
- Select your required size and material, then choose the quantity you need.
- Place your order.
- Email your artwork, exact wording and any layout instructions to hello@printlux.co.uk, quoting your order number.
- Check your design proof carefully, including spelling, layout and orientation.
- Approve your proof so your sign can move into production.
Artwork & Personalisation
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG is preferred for logos and shaped designs. High-resolution PNG files can also be supplied, ideally with a transparent background where appropriate. We will check suitability for your chosen size and shape.
- Supply final wording with the exact spelling, punctuation and capitalisation required.
- Include your preferred layout, orientation and any important brand colour references.
- Keep text and logos clear and legible, particularly on smaller designs.
- For multiple signs with different wording, send a clear list of the details for each sign.
Screen colours can differ from the finished print. If colour matching is important, discuss your requirements with us before ordering.
Production & Event Deadlines
Each sign is made to order. If you are working towards an event date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the current production times and discuss your deadline. Allow time for artwork checks, proof approval, production and delivery.
Need to change your wording after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible. Whether changes can be made will depend on how far your order has progressed.
Handling & Care
- Handle carefully to protect the printed surface and shaped edges.
- Avoid bending the board or placing heavy items on it.
- Store in a dry, protected area when not in use.
- Tell us about your intended display location before ordering if the sign will be exposed to weather or moisture.

Can I add my business logo?
Yes. Email your logo and order number to hello@printlux.co.uk. Vector files are preferred, or you can send a high-resolution PNG for us to check.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
