Personalisation and artwork
Add your company name, business logo, initials, monogram, short Christmas message, year or simple brand icon. Provide all wording exactly as you would like it engraved, checking spelling, punctuation and capitalisation.
- AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF files are preferred for a clear engraving result.
- High-resolution PNG files can also be accepted where vector artwork is unavailable.
- JPEG suitability depends on resolution and design complexity.
- Simple logos, wordmarks and clear line artwork generally work best.
- Fine lines, small text and highly detailed or photographic designs may need simplification.
- Your artwork is reviewed before production. Significant changes are discussed with you where required.

Production and delivery
Each topper is designed, engraved and cut to order in our UK studio. Delivery transit time is additional to production time. For urgent Christmas deadlines, bespoke sizes or larger corporate quantities, contact us with your requirements before ordering.

Mirror finish and care
Mirror acrylic has a polished, reflective surface that responds to surrounding light and decorations. The engraved areas create an etched contrast rather than printed colour.
- Handle by the edges where possible to minimise fingerprints.
- Wipe gently with a clean, soft microfibre cloth.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents.
- Store flat between seasons to help prevent scratches.
- Use indoors. Prolonged outdoor exposure is not recommended.

Is my logo printed or engraved?
It is engraved directly into the mirror acrylic. Full-colour printing is not included.
What size is the topper?
Approximately 22cm × 17.5cm, made from 3mm mirror acrylic.
How does it attach to the tree?
A cable tie is supplied for attachment to the top section of your Christmas tree.
Will my logo work for engraving?
Simple logos and wordmarks work particularly well. Detailed designs may need simplification. Email your artwork if you would like us to check suitability.
Will I receive a proof?
If a proof option is available and selected, your design is sent for approval after payment and before production.
Can you make a different size?

What is the lead time for my order?
Our standard lead time varies depending on the product and order size. Most orders are completed within 2–4 working days from final design approval. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us to discuss express options.
What is the Fast Track option?
The Fast Track option is our expedited service designed for urgent needs. With this option, we can complete your request and dispatch it within as little as 24 hours and no longer than 4 days. It’s ideal for emergencies or time-sensitive situations.
Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
