Foamboard or Poster Paper?
Choose foamboard for a rigid sign, or poster paper for a flexible paper print. Poster paper is not mounted onto foamboard and needs a suitable frame or backing for display.

How to Order
- Choose a welcome sign, table plan or both together.
- Select your size and material.
- Attach your personalisation details and artwork to your order, or email them to hello@printlux.co.uk with your order number.
- For a welcome sign, provide your event name, preferred wording and any logo you would like included.
- For a table plan, send up to 200 guest names grouped under their table names or numbers, with a maximum of 20 tables. Please check all names and spellings before sending.
- Review and approve your design proof before production begins.
Your Logo or Just Words
Add your business logo alongside your event wording, or choose a wording-only design with no logo. Both the welcome sign and table plan can be personalised either way.
Artwork & Proof Approval
Send your business logo or any artwork you would like incorporated alongside your event details. Every custom design receives a proof for approval before production, so you can check the wording, names and layout before we make your signs.

How do I send my guest list?
Attach your details to your order or email them to hello@printlux.co.uk with your order number. Group guest names by table and include the table names or numbers exactly as you would like them shown.
What if my event has more than 200 guests or 20 tables?
Please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss a larger plan and the best layout for your event.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Every custom design is sent to you for approval before production.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
