Production, care and delivery Each engraved holiday bauble is cut and inspected by our studio team in Bridgnorth. Standard production times are shown at checkout; studio collection is available with turnaround from 24 hours where selected. Mirror acrylic options are intended for indoor decorative use and should be handled with care to avoid scratching. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish and engraving.

Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
