Production, delivery and care Made to order in our Bridgnorth studio with typical lead times of 3–7 working days. Fast-track production may be available for in-studio collection—contact us to confirm availability and any expedited fees. Dispatch uses tracked shipping across the UK; international shipping on request. Mirror acrylics arrive with protective film—remove after unpacking. Wipe acrylics with a soft, lint-free cloth and mild soapy water; avoid abrasive cleaners. Store flat in tissue or a box between seasons.

Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
