How to order and supply artwork
- Design It For Me – Send your logo, colour palette, wording and design ideas to hello@printlux.co.uk with your order number. We will prepare the artwork and send a proof for approval.
- Design It Myself – We will provide an artwork template for your designer to complete and return. Vector files (SVG, EPS) or PNG with transparent background are preferred for logos.
- Engraving text: enter exact wording in the customisation box at checkout. Keep lines short for best legibility—see guidance below.

Are mirror finishes prone to fingerprints?

Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
