Ordering and artwork
- Design It For Me – Send your logo, colour palette, wording and design ideas to hello@printlux.co.uk with your order number. We will prepare the artwork and send a proof for approval.
- Design It Myself – We will provide an artwork template for your designer to complete and return.
- Preferred logo files: SVG or EPS for engraving; high-resolution PNG accepted.
- Provide exact wording: name, age, short message and date; specify material and finish; confirm quantity and delivery or local collection.
Production, delivery and care Standard production times are shown at checkout. Fast-turnaround options start from 24 hours for urgent orders. Cards arrive with protective film on both faces; remove film after unboxing. Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or strong solvents.

What file format do you need for logos?
We prefer vector files (SVG or EPS) for the cleanest engraving results; high-resolution PNG files are also accepted.
Can I order a single sample before a larger run?
Yes — single cards are available and recommended to check colour, finish and layout prior to bulk production.
Are these suitable as invitations?
Yes — many customers use them as milestone invitations (for example 60th birthday invitations) and later keep them as table décor or mementos.
Do you provide proofs before production?
Digital proofs are provided for all custom logo and text orders; physical proofs can be arranged but may affect lead time.
What is the lead time for my order?

What is the Fast Track option?

Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
