Production, delivery and care Standard production lead time is 3–5 working days from proof approval. Local studio collection from Bridgnorth is available with faster turnaround for urgent pickups. Tracked courier delivery options are offered at checkout and dispatch is arranged once you approve the proof. Care instructions: hand wash with mild detergent, wipe dry immediately and store flat; do not soak or place in a dishwasher to preserve the finish and engraving.
