Production, delivery and care We produce charms to order in our Bridgnorth studio. Standard production times are shown at checkout; many orders can be prepared for collection within 24 hours when requested. Dispatch uses tracked courier services across the UK. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to protect mirror surfaces and polished edges. Store flat to reduce the risk of warping.

Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.
