Each star is made to order in our UK studio using 3mm acrylic. Choose your bauble and text colour combination, then select a pack quantity for your class or school.

How to Order Your School Gifts
- Choose your bauble colour and text colour combination, then select 6cm or 8cm.
- Select your pack quantity, or choose an unpersonalised sample.
- Place your order.
- Email your pupil name list, wording and order number to hello@printlux.co.uk. A clearly labelled CSV or numbered list is ideal for class orders.
- Check spelling, capital letters and punctuation carefully before sending your list.
- Review and approve your design proof before production begins.
Names, School Logos & Artwork
This listing is designed for pupil names or short wording. Names are centred as standard. If you need a school logo, a particular font or an alternative layout, contact us before ordering so we can check suitability and confirm the design.
For logo enquiries, send vector artwork in AI, EPS, SVG or PDF format where available. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be reviewed. We check supplied artwork for legibility and fit at your chosen size.
Design Proof & Production
Every custom design receives a proof for approval before production, regardless of order value. Please check all names, wording and layout carefully. Production starts after approval. Unpersonalised samples do not include a custom design.
If your school needs gifts for a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm the production schedule. Allow time for proof approval, production and delivery.
Delivery & Larger School Orders
Your order is protected for dispatch and sent using the delivery service selected at checkout. Delivery transit time is additional to production time.
For larger quantities, a pack size not shown, alternative sizes or bespoke shapes, email your requirements and school deadline before ordering so we can confirm the options. Contact us separately about hanging ribbon, gift-ready packaging or a double-sided finish if these are important to your order, as they are not selectable options on this listing.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
