These measurements describe graphic width and height, not the floor dimensions of your stand. For graphics covering multiple walls, calculate the required coverage for each wall separately. Contact us to confirm your layout and how the graphics should be divided into panels before ordering.
Stand compatibility
Check the usable graphic area and fixing requirements with your exhibition organiser. Shell scheme dimensions can vary, so send us your stand specification and exact measurements before production. Do not assume a 2m × 2m stand requires only 2m of graphic width.
How to order
- Confirm your wall measurements and required total graphic coverage.
- Email us your chosen width, panel layout and stand specification to confirm your requirements before ordering.
- Send your artwork and event date to hello@printlux.co.uk. Include your order number if you have already ordered.
Artwork & branding
Supply artwork at the correct proportions for your graphics. PDF or vector artwork in AI, EPS or SVG format is preferred for logos and text. High-resolution PNG files can also be supplied for review.
For graphics spanning multiple panels or walls, include a layout showing their order. Keep important wording and logos clear of edges, joins and stand framework. Discuss artwork assistance or proof requirements with us before production.
Colour & print accuracy
Printed colours can differ from your screen. If brand colour accuracy is critical, send colour references before ordering so we can discuss your requirements. Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.
Production & delivery
Graphics are made to order. Contact us for current production times and confirm your event deadline before ordering. Allow time for artwork preparation, production and delivery before stand setup.
What's included
Custom printed PVC graphics to the agreed size and layout. Shell scheme structures, furniture and display accessories are not included. Confirm fixing supplies and installation requirements with us before ordering.
Installation & care
Use fixings appropriate for your organiser's stand system and position graphics according to the agreed layout. Handle printed surfaces carefully and protect graphics during transport and storage. Contact us for material-specific cleaning and storage advice.

What is the lead time for my order?
Our standard lead time varies depending on the product and order size. Most orders are completed within 2–4 working days from final design approval. If you need a quicker turnaround, please contact us to discuss express options.
What is the Fast Track option?
The Fast Track option is our expedited service designed for urgent needs. With this option, we can complete your request and dispatch it within as little as 24 hours and no longer than 4 days. It’s ideal for emergencies or time-sensitive situations.
Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
