99p Samples Without Personalisation
Order an unpersonalised sample to see your chosen material and size before placing a class or school order. Samples cost 99p each in either material and either size. Student names, messages and bespoke artwork are not included with sample orders.
How to Order Your School Gifts
- Choose light birch wood or oak veneer.
- Select your preferred size: 6cm or 8cm.
- Choose your pack size, or select an unpersonalised sample.
- For personalised packs, email your student name list, message requirements and order number to hello@printlux.co.uk.
- Check every name carefully, including spelling, capital letters and punctuation.
- Review and approve your design proof before production begins.
School Names, Logos & Artwork
If you would like to include a school name, logo or bespoke design on your personalised pack order, contact us before ordering so we can confirm suitability and layout. Send vector artwork in AI, EPS or SVG format, or a high-resolution PNG or PDF, to hello@printlux.co.uk.
We check supplied artwork for legibility and fit and can advise on a layout that works for your chosen size.
Design Proof & Production
Every custom design receives a proof for approval before production, regardless of order value. Please check all names and wording carefully. Production starts after approval. Unpersonalised samples do not include a custom design.
If your school needs gifts for a particular date, contact us before ordering to confirm the production schedule. Allow time for proof approval, production and delivery.
Delivery & Larger School Orders
Your order is packaged and dispatched using the delivery service selected at checkout. Delivery time is additional to production time.
For larger quantities or a pack size not shown, email your required quantity, material, size and school deadline so we can confirm the options.
Care & Storage
- Display indoors and keep dry.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents.
- Store flat and protected between festive seasons.

What materials do you use?
Metal/Aluminium – A strong, weather-resistant option ideal for outdoor signage. Aluminium signs are rust-proof and can be powder-coated for additional durability. Suitable for shopfronts, directional signs, and long-term branding solutions.
Acrylic – A premium, glossy material that gives a sleek and modern look. Available in various colours and finishes, including clear, frosted, black and beige. Often used for office signs, illuminated signage, and high-end branding.
Foamboard – A lightweight yet sturdy material ideal for indoor displays, exhibitions, and temporary signage. It offers a smooth surface for high-quality printing and is easy to mount.
Correx – A fluted plastic material often used for temporary signage, event boards, estate agent signs, and construction site boards. It is lightweight, weather-resistant, and budget-friendly.
Dibond – A composite material consisting of an aluminium outer layer with a solid polyethylene core. It is extremely durable, weatherproof, and ideal for long-term outdoor signage. Dibond is often used for shop signs, business plaques, and display boards.
Ecoboard – A sustainable, fully recyclable alternative to traditional plastic boards. Made from compressed paper fibres, Ecoboard is strong, lightweight, and ideal for indoor applications such as retail displays, exhibition graphics, and point-of-sale signage.
Katz Board – An environmentally friendly wood pulp board with a smooth surface for high-quality printing. It is biodegradable and an excellent alternative to PVC, commonly used for POS displays, hanging signs, and eco-conscious branding solutions.
