- Order process: add to cart, complete payment, enter exact wording and upload logo if needed. We send a digital proof; approve or request changes within 24 hours to keep production on schedule.
- Production: standard 5–7 working days after proof approval. Fast-track 24-hour turnaround available at checkout.
- Dispatch: items sent from our Bridgnorth studio or local collection available; lead times for large runs confirmed after consultation.

Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes for orders over £50, we provide a digital design proof for approval before production begins. This ensures you’re happy with the design, layout, and colours. We will not proceed until you’ve given final approval.
